Reservation
1．Kindly send your request by email to Chinaleisuretour@yahoo.com for booking the tour packages, accommedation and tickets or you can call us to 86-773-2283789. Upon receiving your booking request, one of our skilled operators will distributed to help you with making a pleasant tour plan according to your particular requirements.
2．Once your booking is made, we will send you a confirmation letter suggesting the proposed tours, hotels, and flights. Should any condictions be changed after the confirmation, we chinaleisuretours reserves the right to make changes and provide you with the similar alternative options.
3．You are required to pay 30% of your total amount for the tour in advance when you confirm your reservation and full price if the flight/train tickets or hotel reservation are confirmed.
4．It is friendly recommended that your tour reservation be made 30 days prior to the actual traveling date, and 40 days tour with Yangtze River Cruise. A full payment be completed at the time of your booking made prior to the actual date of arrival.
Payment
We accept on-line payment and wire transfer. You can pay us though paypal by using your credit card.
1. Use Visa or Master Card to pay online via PAYPAL. If you are a PAYPAL member, simply log in your account at www.paypal.com and follow the usual system. If you are not a member it's easy to join and it's free!
Other online payment, Chinaleisuretours has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.
2. Wire transfer.If you are booking your tour 30 days before your departure date, we suggest you choosing to make the payment by wire transfer. If you make payment from outside of China, please choose our US$ bank account, If you make payment within China mainland, please choose our RMB account for payment.
Notes:
A. Please include your tracking code on the transfer sheet when you are making wire transfer in the bank.
B. After you have made the wire transfer in your bank, please make a copy of the transaction receipt or stub issued by the bank, write down your tracking code on the copy and fax us the copy of the transaction receipt (Fax no. 86-773-2852950, or 86-773-2283790). Once we have received your payment fax, we will start to secure your booking. And then we will sent you a final confirmation, please you read well and sign it, then fax it to us. If you prefer, you can scan the signed confirmation and email it to us.
C. It may take up 10 days and above for your payment to reach our account. We recommend you to use the Bank of China to conduct the wire transfer which will be faster than using other banks.

For the convenience of our clients, Chinaleisuretours quotes in US$ in stead of in RMB. Due to the different exchange rates from each other countries or even from different banks, you may find that the actual payment that has been taken away from your credit card differs slightly from the original quotation in US$. Based on our experience, the difference may range from 1% to 3% higher or lower than the original quotes in US$. Chinaleisuretours never charges anything more than what they have quoted to clients.
Cancellation Refunds
You are requested to accomplish your tour once confirmed. However, if there is any reason behind your decision you have to cancell your trip, we will very much regret but understand and cancellation fee will be charged accordingly. The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
1. No less than 30 days before your tour begins: USD30.
2. Within 30 to 21 days before your tour begins: USD60.
3. Within 20 to 7 days before your tour begins: USD120.
4. Within 6 to 3 days before your tour begins: 50% of the prepaid money.
5. within 2 to o days before departure: 100% of the prepaid money.
Generally speaking, the cancellation fee will not be more then your privious payment. After the trip has begun ,there will be no refound for unused services due to your delay, early departure, or missed days on tours. An additonal note for Yangtze River Cruise, the payment will not be refounded if the cancellation notice is received less than 35 days prior to the date of the cruise.
Alteration of Itinerary
You can alter your itinerary any time before receipt of our final confirmation letter for your trip. But if you want to change your itinerary after confirmation, 25$ for each alteration. Besides, any intinerary deviations may be resulted from weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control like war, riot, strike, fire, acts of government, ect. When it happens, we reserves the right to substitute the itinerary upon the agreement of our clients. In this case, any of the increase or reduction of the tour cost will be relculated and charged/ refunded accordingly. If it is you who request the changes to your tour, then you will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.
Travel Document
All customers must possess a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such document is the sole responsibility of the client. chinaleisuretours may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. We accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of our clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
Luggage Allowance
Based on the regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is

Chinaleisuretours.com shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property connecting with climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond our control. Not shall Chinaleisuretours.com be liable for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
Chinaleisuretours.com shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure to act of any suppliers such as those of surface, air, and water transportation, sightseeing excursions, cruise/hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or controlled by Chinaleisuretours.com. By making use of the travel services of the Suppliers, you agree that you will look to such Suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you, and that neither Chinaleisuretours.com nor any representative of Chinaleisuretours.com shall be liable. Chinaleisuretours.com is not responsible for the stolen and lost of valuable items of tourists due to his/her negligence. Chinaleisuretours.com is not responsible for individual traveler's negative actions while passing the customs.
Chinaleisuretours.com reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Chinaleisuretours.com cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, we shall be liable for a full refund of the money we have received.
when participating some risky activities, such as climbing onto/out of the boats and up/down to the hills, entering the existing ancient tombs or caves, and so on, you will receive advice and assistance from your guides. Chinaleisuretours.com shall not be responsible for customers not having exercised normal and customary caution, stayed with the group, and/or heeded the advice and instructions of your tour guides.
Chinaleisuretours.com reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
Insurance
Chinaleisuretours.com includes China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance in our tour packages, but we still suggest you purchasing full coverage travel insurance from your home country with specific overseas coverage. However, this insurance is not applicable to the sole hotel or flight booking.
State of Health
You must inform us in advance of any physical or mental condition which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you require a wheelchair, you must provide the small, collapsible wheelchair on your own. We give you a special note that certain features and certain trips are not wheelchair-accessible and we cannot guarantee any wheelchair assistance or accessibility in international destinations.
Chinaleisuretours.com reserves the right to decline any tour participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants. We should not accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy.
You should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize yourselves with health requirements applicable to the areas you intend to visit. You are solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries you are going to visit or transit.
Travelers to Tibet are required to provide a doctor's certificate stating that the he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal in case that the very high altitude have the possible effects on certain people.

Complaints and Claims
Should you be not satisfied with our service, you shall inform your local tour guide or your travel agent in no time to avoid the potential similar problems from happening again during your trip.
In case of any complaint or claim for compensation, you can notify us by email or fax within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Chinaleisuretours.com shall not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days since the completion of you tour.
