Day 1: Guilin  (D)

Upon your arrival, our English-speaking tour guide and driver will pick you up at the airport or train station, and then transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free time. (accommedate in the Universal Hotel Guilin )

Day 2: Guilin Highlight Private One Day City Tour  (B+L+D)

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel at about 8:00 or 8:30 (according to your convenience) in the morning and then begin the day tour.

Today you will visit the Reed flute cave , Elephant Trunk Hill and Seven Star Park . Then have a visit to the Fubo Hill and Folded Brocade Hill.

Reed Flute Cave: Known as “the Palace of Natural Arts”, it is a splendid cave with beautiful stalactites & stalagmites. You can learn how they are form

Elephant Trunk Hill: Located at the confluence of the Li River and the Peach Blossom River, it resembles an elephant drinking water by the river. It is the symbol of Guilin city.

Seven Star Park: The park is the largest comprehensive park in Guilin. The park is named after the seven peaks located in the park that are shaped like the Big Dipper. Here you can visit the Camel Hill, Bonsai Garden and more sites.

Fubo Hill and Folded Brocade Hill: Two hills are famous for their old and mysterious legends, which are about chinese history and culture. (accommedate in the Universal Hotel Guilin )

Day 3: Guilin-Longsheng  (B+L+D)

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Guilin. It will spend 2.5 hours drive from Guilin to Longsheng.

Longsheng is famous for the Longji Rice Terrace:

60square kilometers of terraced rice fields southeast of Longsheng. They were first built in the Yuan dynasty (about 800 years ago) and completed in the Qing dynasty by Zhuang people. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. The coiling line spirals up from the mountain foot to the top, making the mountain looks like huge snail seen from afar. (accommodate in Peace Hotel Longsheng.)

Day 4: Longsheng-Guilin  (B+L+D)

In the morning, you can visit Longji terraced fileds and Zhuang &Yao Minority tribes villages and some families if you like. After lunch coach back to Guilin.

Day 5: Guilin-Yangshuo  (B+L+D)

Enjoy the four hours and a half Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with Lunch. This morning at about 8:00 or 8:30 (according to your convince), Our expert tour guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel, then drive about 30 minutes to the Zhujiang Wharf. The nest four hours you will enjoy the beautiful sceneries along the Li River.

At the end of the Li River boat-trip is the famous old town of Yangshuo. It is about 1000 years old. It enjoys the reputation of “ Guilin has the most beautiful scenery in China, and Yangshuo is the most beautiful part of Guilin." After check-in your hotel, it is free for you to explore West street in the old town, where many foreigners stay for their vacation. (accommedate in Aiyuan hotel)

Day 6: Independent tour in Yangshuo  (B)

Today you will have a free day, you can ride a bicycle for about half an hour to visit the big banyan tree and the moon hill at your own. (the fee for bicycle, access to Big Banyan Tree and Moon hill is excluded)

Big Banyan Tree

Located at 7.5km south of Yangshuo, is one of the main scenic attractions of Yangshuo county. More than 1500 years old, the banyan tree is about 17 meters high, 7.1 meters around the trunk with its crown covering more than half a hectare, it was once the spot where “Third Sister Liu” who was the folk song singer of Zhuang people sang beautiful melodies according to the legend.

Moon hill

Located at eight kilometers (five miles) south of the town of Yangshuo, is a well-known attraction in Yangshuo. There is a hole in its peak through which the sky can be seen like a moon, hence the name.The fantastic views is when you ride across the root of the hill, you will see different shade of the moon varied from date 1st to 15th by nature. On top of it, you can enjoy the full sight of Yangshuo county.

Day 7: Yangshuo-Huangyao  (B+L+D)

In the morning, drive about two and a half to Huangyao and visit the small ancient town and kejia Village of Hezhou Guangxi.

Huangyao Ancient town, with a history of thousand years is situated in the northeast of Zhaoping Country Guangxi, by the lower reaches of Li River and 200km from Guilin. It has long been known as a minimizes Guilin for its typical development of karst topography . covering an area of 3.6 square km, the town is skirted on all sides by spectacular hills, crystal clear waters, caves and towering old trees. All paved by flagstones the streets are steady even after hundreds of years serving. Marvelously ado crated with traditional Chinese blue bricks and black tiles. More than 20 temples, shrines and pavilions are well-preserved, as well as numerous exquisite cultural relics including the calligraphy of Han Yu, the great scholar and calligrapher of Song Dynasty.

Bridges and flowing rivers are another feature of the town, especially the old bridges. There are 7 old bridges in the town, each has its unique architectural style, perfectly integrated with its surroundings to make the town and enjoyable picture.

A number of precipitous sole peaks erect from the flat ground in the Town with spectacular and charming valleys in unique formation which best explain the elements of esthetics.

Over 20 well-preserved pagodas and pavilions add to the town’s beauty. Also there are walls, towers, and gates that were built at the fortresses in order to defend the town and they are of great cultural and historical value as well.

Huangyao is also featured with age-old trees in every corner of the town that are grotesque, big-crowned, and green like emeralds. They are of considerable esthetical and scientific value.

Depart from Hezhou to Yangshuo at about 5 pm. (accommedate in Aiyuan hotel)

Day 8: Yangshuo-Liugong Island   (B+L+D)

This morning, we will head to Xingping town.. Drop off and change to a bamboo rafting to the Liugong Island. During the rafting you can fully appreciate the beautiful scenery along Li River.

There is a Village on the Liugong Island and the village is really a beautiful place, surrounded by enthralling scenery with a history of more than1300 years. It typically represents the architectural style of northern Guangxi Province during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the houses in the village conform with those in the town. Afternoon we will ride a bicycle back to Guilin directly. (the fee of bicycle is included)  (accommedate in the Universal Hotel Guilin )

Day 9: Guilin-Lingchuan   (B+L+D)

After breakfast, we are going to the Lingchuan county of Guilin to visit the high-educated village named jiangtou village, which means the village is beside the river. In the acient time, many scholars assited the emperor were from this village. So today, most chinese people come here to admire those excellent scolars. We will back to Guilin in the afternoon. (accommedate in the Universal Hotel Guilin )

Day 10: Departure   (B)

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home, Services ends.
