Itinerary:

Day 1: Guangzhou

On arrive at Guangzhou, you will be met by your Guide and escorted to your Hotel. And then visit Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. Dr.Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall

Day 2: Guangzhou-Guilin (B+L)

Fly to Guilin and transfer to your hotel. Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave in the afternoon. The Elephant Trunk Hill located at the confluence of the Li River and the Peach Blossom River, which resembles an elephant drinking water by the river. It is the symbol of Guilin city.The Reed Flute Cave is known as "the Palace of Natural Arts" where you can see beautiful stalactites & stalagmites, learn how they are formed.

Day 3: Guilin-Longsheng (B+L)

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Guilin. It will spend 2.5 hours from Guilin to Longsheng by car. Longsheng is famous for the Longji Rice Terrace. They were first built in the Yuan dynasty (about 800 years ago) and completed in the Qing dynasty by Zhuang people. The terraced fields are built along the slope winding from the riverside up to the mountaintop, with the highest place of an elevation of 885m and the lowest 380m. The coiling line spirals up from the mountain foot to the top, making the mountain looks like huge snail seen from afar.Back to Guilin in the afternoon.

Day 4: Guilin-Yangshuo (B+L)

Enjoy the four hours and a half Li River Cruise to Yangshuo with Lunch. This morning, our expert tour guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel, then drive about 30 minutes to the Zhujiang Wharf. The next four hours you will enjoy the beautiful sceneries along the Li River. At the end of the Li River boat-trip is the famous old town of Yangshuo which enjoys the reputation of “ Guilin has the most beautiful scenery in China, and Yangshuo is the most beautiful part of Guilin". After that, fly to Xi'an and transfer to your hotel.

Day 5: Guilin-Xi'an (B+L)

We will show you around the Terracotta Warriors Museum in the morning, and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the city wall in the afternoon. You will enjoy the local speciality, Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the splendid Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show in the evening.

Day 6: Full day sightseeing in Xi'an (B+L)

This morning you will visit the Provincial History Museum, which houses a large collection of historic and cultural artifacts unearthed in Shanxi Province. And then visit Huaqing hot springs and the Huangdi Tombs in the afternoon.

Day 7: Xi'an-Beijing (B+L)

Fly to Beijing where you will be transferred to Hotel.

Day 8: Full day sightseeing in Beijing (B+L)

Visit historic Tian An Men Square where Mao Tse Tung first raised the flag of the People’s Republic of China. Then tour the magnificent Imperial Palace and its gardens, also known as the Forbidden City. In the late afternoon visit the Temple of Heaven. Enjoy a special dinner of Peking roast duck at a local restaurant and then Peking Opera.

Day 9: Full day sightseeing in Beijing (B+L)

This morning, we will visit one of the world’s most remarkable sights, the Great Wall of China(Badaling Section), built over 2,000 years ago and stretching over 6,000 km. After lunch, visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tombs where the tombs of the Ming dynasty emperors lie.

Day 10: Beijing-Shanghai (B+L)

After breakfast, we will transfer to the airport for your flight to Shanghai. Visit the Garden of Mandarin Yu Garden, dating from 1577 and beautifully restored in the afternoon. Then you will have a visit of the Oriental Pear TV Tower and have some free time to stroll along the Bund to experience the thrills of old Shanghai.
