Opening on April 28th 1999, Haitian Hotel has been established for almost eight years, managed by the Pacific Hotel Management Co at the very beginning, and self-run two years later. After suffering heavy successive years' losses during the period of entitled management, the hotel drew back its management authority at the end of year 2000.
