Shenzhen airlines Co. Ltd, which was called "Shenzhen airlines Co.", in Jan. 2001 changed its name to "Shenzhen airlines Co. Ltd." It was founded in Nov.1992, and in Sep.1993 it started to run its business. It is a company mainly dealing with civil aviation transportation. After developing for several years, it has owned certain share in airline market and is developing rapidly. It has become a promising group in China civil airline.
By the end of 2000, Shenzhen Airlines has owned a capital of RMB 3 billion, eleven Boeing 737 airliners, 2 subsidiaries, 6 foreign business departments and more than 30 domestic airlines from Shenzhen to Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Nanjing, Harbin, Chengdu, Haikou.
