Domestic Flights

In order to better safeguard the safety of passengers’ life and property, General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) decides to revise relevant measures on carrying liquds, gel and nerosols (LAGs) on domestic flights in
1. All passengers on domestic flights are prohibited from carrying with them any LAGs, whereas they could be transported as checked luggage. And packaging of LAGs must be in compliance with relevant air transport rules and regulations.
2. Passengers are allowed to carry with them small amount of cosmetics for self-use on domestic flights. Only one piece of each type is allowed and the capacity of the container must not exceed 100ml. Cosmetics shall be placed in separate bags and are subject to security checks.
3. Passengers who need to connect from non-domestic flights to domestic flights at airports in Mainland
4. Passengers accompanied by infants may apply to airlines for free liquid milk products to be served on board the aircraft while purchasing tickets. Passengers with diabetes or other patients may carry necessary liquid medicines provide that these medicines pass security checks and shall be kept in the custody of cabin crew members.
5. “ Public Notice on Restricted Carriage of LAGs on Civil Aviation Aircraft”, which has been promulgated by CAAC on 17 March, 2007, shall apply when passengers take international and regional flights.
6. Passengers shall bear responsibilities themselves in case of any consequences caused by their violation of the above regulations.
This Public Notice shall come into effect as of the day of its promulgation.
